Bodori · Your days, in perspective.
Privacy policy
Your health records are stored on your iPhone. You decide what to connect, export and share.
Who is responsible
Bodori is provided by FENG WEI. Contact us at support@bodori.app for product support or privacy requests. This policy covers the Bodori iPhone app, its widgets, this website and support messages you choose to send.
Bodori is designed for adults who want to keep a personal record of their GLP-1 medication and health journey. It is not intended for children.
Information stored on your iPhone
The app stores your journeys and goals, height if provided, medication plans and dose records, injection sites, symptoms and notes, body measurements, hydration and activity records, and preferences. Records imported from Apple Health are also saved in the local journal.
Bodori uses these records on your device to display history, trends, estimates, reminders, widgets and reports. The app has no Bodori account or developer server that receives your health journal. It does not include advertising, third-party analytics or third-party crash-reporting SDKs, and does not use your health records for advertising or tracking.
Local records rely on iOS app isolation and device protections. Keep your device and the copies you choose to make secure.
Apple Health is optional
You can use manual records without connecting Apple Health. When you choose to connect, Bodori can read weight, waist circumference, body fat percentage, water intake, workouts, daily steps and exercise time. With separate permission, it can write supported records you create in Bodori to Apple Health: weight, waist circumference, body fat percentage, water intake and workouts. Daily steps and exercise time are read-only.
You can stop importing in Bodori and manage or revoke permissions in Apple Health. Stopping imports alone does not remove existing local copies. Bodori also offers an option to stop imports and delete imported data without deleting the original Apple Health records.
Imported records become part of your local journal. Later edits or deletions in Apple Health do not automatically remove those local copies. Editing or deleting a record imported from another app in Bodori does not change its Apple Health original. For supported records created by Bodori, the app attempts to update its own Apple Health samples when you edit or delete the record, subject to permission and system availability.
Widgets and notifications
A limited display snapshot is shared locally with the Bodori widget extension through an iOS App Group. Notifications are scheduled on your device after you grant permission; Bodori does not use a developer-operated push notification service.
Widgets and notifications may display health or medication details to someone looking at your screen. You can control those details in Bodori and manage notification visibility in iOS.
Device backups
The local journal and some app settings, including health-related setup and reminder information, may be included in the device backups you enable. Bodori does not provide its own cloud account or cross-device journal sync.
Device backups are managed by you and the operating system. A previous backup is separate from the current app data; deleting records in Bodori does not erase that backup. Reinstalling the app alone is not a promise that your journal will be restored.
Exports, sharing and Photos
You can create PDF and CSV exports on your device and choose where to save or send them through the system sharing or email interface. Temporary export files are removed when the export sheet closes.
You can also create images of supported insights and progress on your device. The preview reflects the details you choose to include. Bodori requests permission to add to Photos only when you choose to save an image; it does not request access to read your photo library for this feature.
The destination you choose receives the shared copy under its own policies. Saved images may also be managed by your photo library settings, including any syncing you enable. Editing or deleting the journal later cannot recall exported files, saved photos, email attachments or copies held by recipients.
Retention and deletion of app data
Your local journal remains until you delete its records or remove the app and its data. Offloading the app in iOS can preserve its data. You can edit or delete individual records, stop imports and delete imported data, or clear all Bodori local data in Settings → Data and privacy.
Clearing all local data stops imports and write-back, removes the journal and resets its managed reminders and related state. It does not delete Apple Health records, including samples previously written by Bodori, or copies in earlier device backups, exports or Photos. Manage those separately in their respective services.
We cannot retrieve or delete a journal that exists only on your device on your behalf. You can contact us to request deletion of information you sent to support.
Apple services and availability
As of this policy’s effective date, Bodori is in internal TestFlight testing and in-app purchases are not offered in that version. If purchases become available in a future release, Apple will handle payments and subscription management; the app’s StoreKit integration uses Apple-verified transaction information and local access dates. The app does not provide us with your payment card details.
Apple and TestFlight may process diagnostics, usage information or feedback through their own services, depending on the service and your settings or choices. Feedback and diagnostic reports made available to the developer may help us investigate problems. These platform services are governed by Apple’s policies.
Support messages
When you choose to email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you send. We use this information to respond, resolve your request and handle necessary follow-up. Email service providers help transmit and store these communications. Please avoid sending health information that is not needed to explain the issue.
We retain support messages only for as long as needed to handle your request and necessary follow-up. You may contact us to request deletion. We may retain information needed for a dispute or to meet a legal obligation.
This website, analytics and external links
This website has no advertising, contact forms or remote fonts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website traffic and improve page performance. A browser script sends page-view and performance measurements to Cloudflare. The dashboard lets us review traffic by pages, referring sites, country, device type, browser and operating system.
According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage to measure usage, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not track them across websites. These measurements concern website browsing and do not include your health journal stored in the Bodori app.
Cloudflare manages analytics retention under its service policies. Its dashboard currently makes the previous six months of data available; this is a reporting window, not a promise that all provider-held data is deleted at that point.
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. To deliver pages and prevent abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information that may include IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser or device information, and security signals. Depending on the protection used, it may set cookies needed for security or traffic management. This hosting and security processing is separate from Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare may retain operational and security information under its applicable policies.
Website and email providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their applicable service and privacy arrangements govern their processing. Links to Apple, reference documents or other websites open services governed by their own policies.
Your choices and policy updates
You can manage device permissions, use manual records without Apple Health, export or delete local data, and contact us about information held in support correspondence. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights concerning your personal information. Send privacy requests to support@bodori.app.
Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated effective date. Bodori organizes personal records; it does not replace a doctor, pharmacist or emergency medical service.
